I am definitely one of those people that believes there is a clear and obvious difference between British chips and American fries. Chips are so so so much better!! And if you don't believe me, you must go to The Green in central London.

Each chip is probably a 1/4 of a potato yet somehow they are still crispy on the outside and fully cooked.
