Nationality Rooms Holiday Open House

Last Sunday was the Nationality Rooms Holiday Open House at the University of Pittsburgh! The office that I work in at school organizes the event every year. It includes ethnic vendors, food, and performers from each of the different Nationality Rooms. Over a thousand people attend every year! I got to help out a bit last year, but this time I was much more involved. I got to talk and help the vendors, plus guide the dancers to the performance area.

It reminded me that no matter where my life takes me, I always want to surround myself with culture. Whether I am living in NYC, London, Rome, or even Pittsburgh. International opportunities and relationships are always there, I just have to go find them!
